This has been a great wine making year! We had an opportunity to make our 1st Mendocino wine and crush more grapes from the Shenandoah Valley in our winery. We also sourced some Bordeaux varietals from our favorite Humboldt County vineyard Ishi Pishi Vineyards! Every year it's important to us make Humboldt wine!
After aging in the bottle for over a year, our 2016 Willow Creek Chardonnay is back and delicately oaked! We also have have two new Sonoma wines we sourced from Windsor, CA, our 2016 Cab Franc & Petit Verdot, and we are so proud of the quality! Cheers to Humboldt wine!
Let the filtering begin! We can't wait to bottle our new Humboldt County Rosé and Mendocino County Pinot Blanc.
